No. An SSL certificate is installed automatically for all your domains and subdomains and renewed before it expires. If you need an organization-validated (OV/EV) certificate, we can obtain and install it separately.
Your site is backed up automatically every day. Backups are kept for 7, 14 or 30 days depending on the plan and are stored on a different storage system. You can restore files, databases or email yourself from the control panel.
Yes. You can switch between versions from PHP 7.4 to 8.4 per domain and manage extensions and php.ini settings from the control panel. We offer older versions whose security support has ended only for compatibility, and we recommend moving to a current version.
To guard against spam and blacklist risk, an hourly sending limit applies to shared hosting accounts. It is not suitable for bulk newsletter sending. For high-volume and corporate use we recommend our Business Email service.
Yes. You can move to a higher plan with one click from the customer panel; your site is not moved and there is no downtime. The price difference is calculated according to the remaining time in the term. When you outgrow shared hosting, we also help with the move to Cloud Server.
Withdrawal and refund terms are explained separately for consumers and business customers in the Terms of Use. Legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to digital services performed immediately; domain registration fees cannot be refunded because they are passed on to the registrar.
Each account is isolated in terms of CPU, memory and number of concurrent processes. This way, a busy site on the same server doesn't slow yours down. If you regularly approach the limits, we warn you and recommend a suitable plan; during sudden spikes in visitors your site doesn't go down, it may only slow down.
