0212 951 00 61After your order and payment confirmation, our team sets up your server. Your access details are sent to your email address and your customer panel; you can connect right away with root/Administrator privileges.
Yes. You create an upgrade request to a higher plan from the customer panel; our team plans and applies the upgrade. Processor and memory upgrades may require a short restart. Billing is calculated for the time remaining from the day the upgrade is made.
All cloud servers run in our own data center in Trabzon. Your data does not leave the borders of Türkiye; this makes it easier for you to comply with KVKK (the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and sector regulations such as BDDK (the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency).
Your servers are backed up free of charge by our team every 12 hours. For encrypted, long-term backup held on a different storage tier, you can easily apply the 3-2-1 backup rule by adding our Cloud Backup service.
DDoS protection at the network layer (L3/L4) is active on all servers, free of charge and automatically. While attack traffic is scrubbed, legitimate traffic continues to reach your server. Application layer (L7) protection can be added optionally for your web applications.
Yes. You have root privileges on Linux servers and Administrator privileges on Windows servers. For access problems or when an operating system reinstall is needed, simply open a support request with our 24/7 NOC team.
No traffic quota is applied on our cloud servers. The port speed is 100 Mbps depending on the plan; a fair use policy applies. Traffic between servers on the private network (VLAN) is completely free.
Yes, we offer free migration support. Our team analyzes your current infrastructure, builds the migration plan together with you, carries out the migration in a planned maintenance window, and completes the process with verification tests.
